To be honest, your comments here are incomprehensible and lacking in any substance whatsoever. My open suggests that ALL people are capable of spewing ignorance, regardless of their race, ethnicity, gender, etc. If that comment offends you, well, that, my friend, is on you.

As to the work place, we should all retain the right to espouse our opinions without being cancelled or removed from our vocation. I very much disagree with Kyrie's opinions. My great-grandfather died at Auschwitz. But our nation was founded on the principle of free speech. If his comments impacted his ability to perform his duties, then his employer has every right to remove him from his position, but suspending him for comments made outside of the arena of his employment crosses that line into our infringement on the rights to free speech.
